Once the listing agreement has been signed, our selling specialist will provide you with staging strategies that are sure to draw attention to the fine details of your home, make them more 'camera ready' and buyer friendly. This may include what items in your home can stay, what should go, how to arrange furniture, suggested paint color changes, and more!
