A market analysis, or CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) is a form of Appraisal  that is a helpful tool when trying to decide if you should sell, and for how much you can listing your home for.

Our knowledge of the market and years of real estate selling experience allow us to constructively analyze the market to get a better sense of what your property will be able to sell for. We assess the comps (Similar homes sold) in the neighborhood in order to obtain a better understanding of the price range in which your home is likely to sell.  Homes that are priced too high generally sit on the market and end up selling for less if they are overpriced in the beginning.

We also assess how long homes in your neighborhood have remained on the market, in order to get a better understanding of what the traffic to your home might look like, should you decide to put it up for sell.
