We will then conduct a conference with you, the client, to discuss your hopes and concerns with the home selling experience. Using the home seller’s own responses, we establish a specific selling strategy to market and show the property appropriately.. While this is considered a "pre-marketing strategy," sheduling regular phone consultaions with your listing agent, who will continue to inquire about and address your concerns on a more consistent basis.
