Buyer’s Agent

The role of the buyer’s agent is one of the most satisfying roles in real estate.   Helping families achieve their real estate goals is what we are known for, and working directly with home buyer’s as they move step by step is amazing.   The Premier Team has guaranteed leads, free coaching, advancement opportunities and LOTS OF FUN!   

Premier Realty Exclusive is looking for an individual that will proactively operate within a team and help assist home buyer's throughout the home buying process.

They will have persistence, strong follow-up skills, and comfort with routine. They must have good communication skills, have a strong attention to detail, be co-operative, and work "by the book"! The individual must be an independent decision maker, self-sufficient, and self motivated in their activities.  The position will start as a part-time, with future opportunities for full time.

Primary Objectives:

-Ability to work in a team

-Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

-Sales and / or Service Experience
-Marketing Support

Inside Sales Agent (ISA):

An ISA prospects for home buyer’s and sellers seeking the assistance of a top level real estate team; telephoning customers; using approved scripts and consulting prospective clients about services available.

Runner

The Premier Team is looking for part time assistance with the general duties in the office and helping deliver and place items in our listings, run errands, meet inspectors and other similar items that come up frequently in real estate.   Deliver pizzas at night?   Help the Premier Team by day.   

Runner Qualifications:

punctual, good driving record, clean, well maintained vehicle, able to follow directions, courteous and polite.

Summer Marketing Intern

Real estate marketing is a great summer job!   We're at our busiest, but the marketing show must go on!   Help in designing flyers, postcards, websites, online classifieds and social media.   Creative types are great, but anyone that can learn our systems and follow directions can help.   Experience on Mac's is helpful.   Great for anyone interested in a real estate career or a marketing career.
